About returns
Once an order is placed, the package cannot be intercepted or returned until signed.
Our policy is valid for 15 days. If it has been more than 15 days since you signed for it, we regret that we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Only products with normal prices can be returned. Unfortunately, special offers are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying the return freight. The shipping fee is not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
